24/7 Support via Instructure.com
While in Canvas, click on the Global Navigation > (?) Help button. There you will find a 24/7 phone number and chat option with Canvas Instructure. This resource is available until the end of Fall 2020, while we migrate to Canvas.
On Campus Support via the CTLT
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, the CTLT provides Canvas support via online resources, workshops, face-to-face consultations, synchronous video consultations, email - firstname.lastname@example.org support.
