24/7 Support via Instructure.com
While in Canvas, click on the Global Navigation > (?) Help button. There you will find a 24/7 phone number and chat option with Canvas Instructure. This resource is available for one year while we are in transition between PolyLearn-Moodle and Canvas.
On Campus Support via the CTLT
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, the CTLT provides Canvas support via online resources, workshops, face-to-face consultations (starting Dec. 9), synchronous video consultations, email - email@example.com, and phone support.
What can I do today?
Faculty can work in the Canvas Sandbox to learn more about the tools and try self migration. The Center for Teaching, Learning & Technology (CTLT) will assist you by providing an online self-paced course, online discussions, face-to-face & video consultations.
