Request for Course Extension for a Student Incomplete

Course has not Ended and you can edit: You can allow all students to access the course after the end date and use the graded activities Assign to or Moderate to give the incomplete student more time.

Course "Ended" and you cannot edit...

Once the End date has passed, students can no longer participate in the courses' graded activities and you cannot make changes. 

If you have a student(s) that need additional time to complete the course graded activities (incomplete), please request and we will make the adjustments and notify you when completed. 

NOTE: If your graded activities have Due/Until dates - you will need to +ADD the Assign to so your students can complete these activities. DO NOT edit the "Everyone" - only add a NEW. 

Once the form is submitted, it can take Cal Poly Canvas support up to 48 hrs (M-F).
