If you cannot log into the Portal (my.calpoly.edu), please contact the Service Desk at servicedesk@calpoly.edu or call them at 805-756-7000. 
Accessing Canvas via the Portal
Students can log into Canvas via the Portal's (my.calpoly.edu) > Single Click - Canvas link. If your instructor says they are using Canvas, click on the link to open the Dashboard. If the course is "published" then you will see the course card displayed.
Other Tool Support
Your faculty may be using tools in their courses such as; Respondus LockDown Browser, iClicker, publisher integrations, Teams, Google, or TurnItIn. Please scroll down, on the right side - under Students and click on the links for these tools for helpful instructions and support contact information. Also review the FAQ page for helpful information about current issues.
On Campus Support via the CTLT
The Center for Teaching, Learning & Technology (CTLT) provides online resources (http://canvassupport.calpoly.edu) and email support (M-F: 8-5 canvassupport@calpoly.edu).
